Who are we?
Downing Construction, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business established in 1988 by Terry & Lori Downing and located in Bismarck, IL. Terry's experience dates back to 1984 when he began working with a Historical Renovation Company in Dallas, TX while attending college.
From there, the Downing's moved to Montego Bay, Jamaica where Terry was involved as the Jobsite Foreman of a large project to convert a former resort property into a college campus. Projects included some renovation of the historical "big house" as well as new construction of apartment style student housing.
Downing Construction was incorporated in 2007 and we specialize in all phases of construction for Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects.
